  Jerry has inspected two homes for us. He is prompt, professional, and helpful. He allows the home buyer to follow him around, ask questions, and point out concerns. He is polite to the owner but does not allow the owner to influence the inspection. He treats both parties fairly. He promises his report by the next day and he delivered on that promise both times with us. The report is very thorough has very high quality photos included. We highly recommend Jerry. You can hire him with confidence that he will give you the service you expect.
