  This company took advantage of my elderly father. I have attached the gap they left. Charged for 230SF and did not finish the job The room total is 150 SF and charged for 230SF We were billed for services and signed a contact that was never actually completed. They will take your money, get commissions and bail

  The product sold was good, but the Carpet One installers were very unprofessional and botched the first installation. A store manager was at first unresponsive. He finally visited personally,was shown nails and screws sticking up from the installed flooring, and only then agreed it needed to be torn up and installed again. After that, Carpet One took over a month to arrange the work. Years afterward, we discovered even the second installation wasn't done correctly since they failed to install the underlayment required by the flooring manufacturer.
