  I’d complain about the customer service, but there wasn’t any. I was greeted in a reasonable amount of time, but that is where any sign of customer service ended. I told the gentleman I was looking for coax 6 1/2” Type R’s & he told me they don’t carry Alpine. I said okay, do you have anything that is comparable? Yes, Diamond something. So I walked to the display & asked, is that this one? No, it’s above that. Physically above that was component speakers, so I’m not sure if he meant the component or something that wasn’t on display. At this point he was looking something up on the computer, I thought for me (because I was in the store, asking questions & such), so after about a two minute uncomfortable silence I asked if I could listen to the speakers & I was told the display wasn’t working (clearly, because there was no head unit in it). Might wanna put, “fix the display”, on your bucket list. Went a mile down the road, listened to everything I wanted to & picked out some speakers.

  Excellent customer service, very flexible with scheduling. Without not knowing much about what my girlfriend wanted in the way of bass, they were able to put together a set up that was everything she wanted and more. Their solution saved trunk space, money and time. Will be recommending this place of business to all that are looking for a little extra quality or bass out of their car stereo.
